Put simply, whatever works for you! We are happy to meet up to discuss your needs and requirements but this also can be done in a number of virtual ways. We appreciate that you are entrusting your work to us - and so sometimes more is needed than a quick chat over the phone to reassure you of who we are.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
The very basis of the TTC is flexibility. We know that if you work flexibly, you need someone who is flexible too! We are always keen to accommodate your needs wherever possible, the simple answer is "ask us"! We are happy to help wherever possible.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HELP ME FILE MY TAXES?
We do not offer any accounting, bookkeeping or similar services. Our focus is offering virtual administrative support and therefore this ensures our clients always receive the right level of service without distractions.
